The Formula

The core calculation for peptide dosing:

Volume (mL) = Dose (mg) ÷ Concentration (mg/mL)
Doses per vial = Vial mass (mg) ÷ Dose (mg)
Insulin units = Volume (mL) × 100

For a 2 mg vial reconstituted with 1 mL BAC water (2 mg/mL): a 250 µg (0.25 mg) dose = 0.125 mL = 12.5 insulin units. The vial contains 8 doses.

250 µg = 0.25 mg. At 2 mg/mL concentration: 0.25 ÷ 2 = 0.125 mL = 12.5 insulin units.

How do I convert units to mL?

Divide insulin units by 100. Example: 50 units = 0.5 mL. Multiply mL by concentration (mg/mL) to get dose in mg.
