Step 1: Gather supplies

- Attach 18G needle to syringe
- Draw required volume of bacteriostatic water
- Expel air bubbles
Step 4: Inject solvent into peptide vial
- Insert needle through vial center
- Slowly inject solvent along vial wall
- Do not spray directly onto powder (causes foaming)
Step 5: Dissolve
- Gently swirl vial until powder dissolves
- Do not shake (causes protein denaturation)
- Solution should be clear and colorless
- If cloudy or contains particles, do not use
Step 6: Verify concentration
